Lachandra Fields

Lachandra Fields is the CEO of Veteran Serving Others Counseling Services (VSO), LLC. She received her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL and her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Albany State University. As one of her top proud accomplishments, Lachandra served her country while being a active member of the United States Navy for nearly nine years. During this period, she have received many awards & recognitions for unnoticeable and dedication for her services.
Lachandra grew up in a rural community that had limited resources for the adults as well as children and adolescents. Despite of the obstacles and barriers of growing up in a small town, she managed to make the best out of her situation and vowed to never forget where she came from which prepared her for her devoted passion to lend a helping hand to those in need. Lachandra brings such a phenomenal presence through her dedication and expertise to her country, and community. She has a strong passion and a sense of purpose to give back to her profession and community. Her professional and academic experiences speak on this behalf. Lachandra expertise and experiences include: GA Pines Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), GA Certified Case Manager for Department of Family & Children Services (DFCS), Family and Parental Assessment, Competency to Stand Trial Evaluations, Turning Point Inpatient/Outpatient Dual Diagnosis Treatment Facility, and Albany Advocacy Resource Center. Shan Croft

As a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Georgia, I graduated from Valdosta State University with a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I’ve been working in mental health and substance abuse since 2013. I am EMDR trained (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I enjoy working with a wide range of client populations and the challenges that each may face. I strive to create a safe therapeutic alliance that provides a nurturing secure environment for all clients. In environment in which all clients can share their inner struggles and challenges without feeling judged. My clinical experience ranges from working with individuals, couples, family, children, and veterans and active duty military. I work with a variety of issues ranging from anxiety, mood disorders, interpersonal conflict, complex trauma, substance abuse or whether it be adjusting to every day major and minor life stressors. My goal is to assist in all learning how to effectively effectively communicate and resolve any personal conflict.
